Custom software and IT solutions built around your operations

We are an engineering team based in Monterrey, Mexico. We design, build, integrate and maintain systems for mid-sized companies in Mexico and Latin America, with scope and deliverables in writing.

01 / Services

Services

Four lines of work that can be contracted separately or combined into a single project, each with its own deliverables.

S-01

Custom software

Web, mobile and desktop applications built from your processes, which your team can run, audit and extend.

Deliverables

  • Source code in your repository, with full history
  • Automated tests and a staging environment
  • Technical documentation and user manual

S-02

Systems integration

We connect ERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce and databases so information flows between departments without double data entry or intermediate spreadsheets.

Deliverables

  • Documented APIs and interfaces
  • Synchronization with monitoring, logging and retries
  • Integration and dependency map

S-03

Cloud and infrastructure

We design, migrate and operate infrastructure on public, private or hybrid cloud, and on your own servers. We prioritize availability, cost and security.

Deliverables

  • Documented architecture and infrastructure as code
  • Backups with a tested recovery procedure
  • Monitoring and alerting in place

S-04

Maintenance and support

We take over systems already in production, whether built in-house or inherited from another vendor: fixes, security updates, improvements and incident response.

Deliverables

  • Fixes and incident response
  • Security and dependency updates
  • Change log for each release

02 / How we work

How we work

Five stages, each ending with a deliverable your team reviews and approves before moving on to the next.

  1. Assessment

Interviews with the teams involved and a review of current systems. Deliverable: a findings document with risks and a recommended scope.

  2. Proposal

Scope, architecture, phased schedule, assigned team and cost. What gets delivered, when, and how it is validated is set down in writing.

  3. Build

Development in short cycles with regular demos. Access to your repository and the project board from day one.

  4. Delivery

Acceptance testing with your team, data migration, production rollout and training. Code, documentation and access are handed over.

  5. Support

Post-launch support and, if needed, a maintenance contract.

03 / Approach

Approach

We choose technology based on your operations, your team and your budget. We prefer tools with long-term support and professionals available in the market.

Operable by your team

Documentation, access and know-how stay with your company, not only with the vendor.

Long-term support

Languages, databases and platforms with long-term support releases.

Access to progress

Your team has access to the repository and the project board from the start.

Technologies

Tools we use regularly; the final choice depends on each project.

Backend
.NET / C#, Node.js
Web and mobile
React, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android)
Data
SQL Server, MySQL
Infrastructure
Linux, nginx, Docker, Azure DevOps

04 / Projects

Puerta Kids

Children's ministry of the Puerta del Cielo Monterrey Sur church

Check-in and pick-up system for the church's services. Families register their children online and receive a QR code for each child. At reception the code is scanned: the system records the check-in, prints an ID label and notifies the group's guides immediately. At pick-up the same code is scanned and a guide confirms the handover.

05 / Trust

Trust

How we protect your information and what each contract sets out.

Security

Least-privilege access, credentials kept out of code

Role-based permissions, encryption in transit, backups and dependency reviews. If your company has its own security policies, they are built into the project scope.

Confidentiality

Your information is used only for your project

We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before the assessment. Access to your data, documents and code is limited to the team assigned to your project.

Scope

What is included and what is not, in writing

Every project has a documented scope with acceptance criteria. Changes are estimated and approved before they are carried out.

Service levels (SLA)

Terms set by contract

Service hours, response times and the escalation path are set in each support contract.

06 / Questions

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, write to us and we will cover it on the technical call.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. The assessment determines the duration, and the proposal breaks it into phases with delivery dates. We prefer usable increments over a single delivery at the end, so your team can validate from the start.

Does the team work on-site or remotely?

Both. Most development is remote; the assessment, kickoff and training can take place at your facilities. Within the Monterrey metropolitan area we can come to your facilities; elsewhere, travel is agreed in the proposal.

Who owns the code?

Custom code developed for your project belongs to your company; the assignment of rights is set out in the contract. Third-party and open-source components keep their own licenses, which are documented at handover.

What language is the documentation delivered in?

Spanish by default. If your team or headquarters require it, we deliver it in English or in both languages; this is defined in the proposal.
